Zusammenfassung

Jobgether in Austria is seeking a Head of Product to own the end-to-end product function. You will define strategy, lead a growing PM team, and collaborate with CTOs, founders, and cross-functional peers to shape the roadmap and drive measurable outcomes.

As the first product leadership hire, you will establish PM practices, own key KPIs, and balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a remote role aligned with US Eastern Time.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience launching products with measurable business results.
• Strong experience with integrations and enterprise platforms.
• Ability to translate customer signals into roadmaps.
• Fluent English; Portuguese fluency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap across integrations, lifecycle, and core platform.
• Define and execute strategy with CTO and founders to align with revenue goals.
• Lead and develop the PM team and establish product practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and releases.
• Drive cross-functional launch and adoption with Design, Sales, CS.
• Lead discovery, interviews, and market research to inform roadmaps.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and value delivery.
