Jobgether, based in Switzerland, seeks a Head of Product to own the product function end-to-end, shaping strategy and roadmap for a fast-growing AI-native B2B SaaS business. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate across functions, and establish PM practices as the first leadership hire.

You will lead, mentor, and grow the PM team, translating customer needs and market signals into high-impact priorities that drive revenue, retention, and adoption.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• At least 4 years leading and developing a PM team.
• Experience launching products delivering measurable business results.
• Experience with integrations, workflows, enterprise platforms, or similar complex B2B products.
• Strong customer-centric approach with user research and market signals.
• Technical fluency with APIs and webhooks; translate business needs to clear product requirements.
• Strong product analytics understanding and KPI tracking.
• Experience with ClickUp or Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Portuguese fluency preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap across integrations, lifecycle, and core platform capabilities; balance immediate delivery with long-term vision.
• Define and execute product strategy with the CTO and founders; align roadmap with revenue, retention and expansion goals.
• Lead and develop the product management team; establish practices and a culture of ownership.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements, manage scope and releases.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure products are well positioned, launched effectively, and adopted by customers.
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, competitive analysis, and market research to inform roadmaps.
• Define and monitor product KPIs, including adoption, retention, time to value, and revenue outcomes.
• Establish sprint planning, release management, and product execution processes.
• Remain hands-on to unblock teams and maintain momentum from discovery to delivery.
• Use product analytics to evaluate performance and inform priorities.
