Jobgether seeks a senior SVP of Product for a partner company based in Switzerland. You will report to the CEO and lead AI-driven product strategy across the portfolio, marketplace experiences, internal systems, data, and AI.

You will build an AI-native product organization, hire leaders, set operating models, and scale product impact globally, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing and Customer leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, CS, IS) is required.
• 15+ years of professional software Product Management experience.
• 8+ years leading Product organizations.
• Experience owning a full product portfolio in a high-growth tech company.
• Strong executive-level product strategy experience and multi-team roadmapping.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products and driving measurable outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Define the product vision and multi-year portfolio roadmap.
• Lead AI strategy across marketplace, internal systems, data, and AI.
• Build and scale an AI-native product organization.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Finance, Marketing, New Businesses, Professional Services, and Customer leadership.
• Establish product operating model, cadence, and metrics for evidence-based decisions.
• Oversee talent strategy, hiring standards, and leadership development.
