Zusammenfassung

Qualysoft is seeking a senior leader to manage the CDS Business Unit in Austria. You will drive sales, coordinate cross-border delivery, and represent the unit at events while guiding strategic relationships with clients and partners.

A strong background in software services with hunter responsibilities and fluency in English and German is required. You will influence recruitment, oversee consultant development, and work with delivery channels to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in working for Software Services companies, including at least 2 years in a hunter/new business role.
• Understanding of technology stacks around Back-End, Front-End, DevOps, Cloud, DBAs, QA and related PM/ITIL/SDLC concepts.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to engage decision-makers and build long-term relationships.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate the CDS Business Unit.
• Be the liaison between group initiatives and cross-border delivery for the local unit.
• Represent the CDS Business Unit at various events.
• Drive and monitor the sales process and pipeline for CDS with the sales department.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of the local market.
• Act as presales and deliver tailored client presentations.
• Manage accounts with responsible account managers.
• Negotiate terms including prices; develop strategic relationships with current accounts and prospects.
• Foster cross-sell opportunities by understanding solutions and business benefits.
• Influence recruitment strategy and oversee consultant evolution and skills development.
• Oversee resource management and collaboration with delivery channels.
