Qualysoft-GmbH in Vienna seeks an experienced CDS Unit Manager to lead strategic growth across local and cross-border delivery. You will shape the sales pipeline, engage with key accounts, and represent the unit at group events.

You will drive partnerships, manage recruitment, and coordinate delivery channels to maximize profitability and client satisfaction in a dynamic IT services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years in software services with 2+ years in hunter/new business.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed.
• Understanding of Back-End, Front-End, DevOps, Cloud, DBAs, QA, Support and ITIL/SDLC concepts.
• Fluent in English and German with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage and coordinate the CDS Business Unit.
• Be the go-to person for all local matters impacting CDS Unit (commercial, legal, operational).
• Liaise at group level between group initiatives and cross-border delivery and local unit.
• Represent the CDS Business Unit at various events.
• Drive and monitor the sales process and pipeline for CDS with the sales department.
• Develop strategic business relationships with current accounts and prospects.
