Andermatt Alpine Appartments in Andermatt is seeking a hospitality professional to warmly welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out. You will manage direct bookings, answer emails and calls, and advise on the destination.

German and English at C1 level are required; weekend shifts may apply. The role starts immediately or by agreement and involves close collaboration with housekeeping and other teams to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education in hospitality, tourism, or a comparable field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in Front Office, guest services, or reservations, ideally including group bookings.
• Excellent German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
• Well-organised, structured, and able to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Aufgaben

• Welcome, assist, and bid farewell to our guests.
• Provide professional guest service in person, by phone, and via email before, during, and after each stay.
• Prepare offers and manage direct, individual, and group bookings.
• Handle booking enquiries via email, telephone, and online booking platforms.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, including payment processing.
• Advise guests on our apartments, the destination, and local leisure activities.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements.
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Facility Management, and other internal departments.
• Support process improvements and perform general administrative tasks.
