Kellerhals Carrard seeks a Business Development & Data Analytics Manager (80-100%). This role leads the firm’s BD initiatives, building scalable processes and data-driven decision foundations.

You will collaborate with Partners and management across locations to drive client acquisition, growth and market positioning. You will develop reporting, analytics, and CRM usage to enable transparent BD activities and informed strategic choices, including working with BI tools and data-driven insights to

Qualifikationen

Several years of experience in business development within professional services, ideally in law/consulting/audit.
Fluent use of data, KPIs and dashboards to support decisions and growth.
Strong ability to build processes, systems and BD structures.

Aufgaben

Develop, implement and optimise scalable business development processes for the firm.
Support partners on pitches, proposals, client acquisition and development initiatives.
Establish reporting and analytics structures to ensure transparent BD activities.
Analyse data, identify patterns and derive actionable growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Partners, management and locations; promote CRM data usage.
