You will lead CRM initiatives across email, SMS, WhatsApp and loyalty programs, driving automation, data‑driven personalization, and a higher Customer Lifetime Value. A hands‑on leader with 3–5 years in CRM and strong German/English skills is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation.
• Initial leadership experience and ability to guide a team through change.
• Hands-on with ESPs such as Netcore, Klaviyo, Emarsys, or similar.
• Experience with Shopify and CRM integrations and data flows.
• Analytical mindset with Excel and data analysis skills for KPI evaluation.

Aufgaben

• Own and develop the CRM ecosystem including email, SMS, WhatsApp, direct mail, and loyalty programs.
• Develop long-term CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy focused on automation and retention.
• Manage KPI-based CRM performance and report to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the CRM team through growth and role specialization.
• Ensure seamless integrations between ESP, Shopify, loyalty platform, and other systems.
• Lead cross-functional projects on customer journeys and marketing tech.
