Bitpanda in Vienna is seeking a Manager, Growth Analytics to build the core decision engine for our redesigned Growth organization. Your mandate is to establish trusted measurement, define clear customer economics, and deliver high-impact analysis that dictates where the company invests, with direct access to decision-makers.

You will lead forecasting, performance reviews, and a team of analytics engineers and analysts, partnering with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to establish

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of building or leading an analytics capability that drives commercial decisions.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experimentation and measurement expertise.
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts and forecasting.
• Ability to create clarity from fragmented data and influence decision-making.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and partnership with Data, Finance, Product and channels.

Aufgaben

• Set Growth measurement strategy and definitions for CAC, payback, LTV, cohorts, and incrementality.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews and decision-grade analysis to guide capital allocation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product and channel leaders to establish source-of-truth reporting.
• Improve experimentation quality and democratize insights across the org while maintaining rigor.
