Zusammenfassung

Bitpanda is seeking a Manager, Growth Analytics to build the core decision engine for our redesigned Growth organization. You will establish trusted measurement, define customer economics, and deliver high-impact analyses that influence CAC, LTV, and incrementality.

You will work closely with Finance, Data, Product, and channel leaders to automate critical workflows and mentor a team of analytics engineers and senior analysts.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading an analytics capability that changes commercial/product decisions.
• Technical credibility in SQL, data modeling, experimentation, and measurement.
• Deep understanding of acquisition economics, cohorts, incrementality, and forecasting.
• Ability to create clarity from fragmented data and prioritize impactful models/metrics.
• Strong cross-functional leadership guiding analysts with Data, Finance, Product, and channel owners.

Aufgaben

• Set Growth measurement strategy and operating model for CAC, payback, LTV, cohorts, and incrementality.
• Lead forecasting, performance reviews, and decision-grade analyses for capital allocation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of analytics engineers and senior analysts.
• Partner with Finance, Data, Product, and channels to establish source-of-truth reporting and automate data workflows.
• Elevate experimentation quality and share insights across the organization with strong analytical standards.
