AGRANA Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft is seeking a Global Workforce Intelligence Expert to shape global HR analytics and reporting. You will drive workforce planning, budgeting, and governance across the enterprise, partnering with Finance, IT, and HR leaders to deliver strategic insights.

The role requires 5-8 years in global HR analytics and a Master’s degree. Strong Excel/BI skills and English proficiency are essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of experience in global HR analytics, HR controlling, workforce planning or reporting.
• Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, HR, data analytics or comparable field.
• Strong HR analytics, statistics, dashboarding and insight generation; experience in workforce-cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and variance analysis.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and BI tools; experience with HR data models and reporting solutions.
• Ability to lead projects across functions and countries; coach junior colleagues.
• Full professional proficiency in English; German language is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap, converting CoE strategy into robust governance, processes, and tools.
• Establish global methodologies, scenarios, and planning cycles, integrating workforce strategy with long-term business & financial goals.
• Oversee global workforce budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning; drive consolidation, scenario modeling, and variance analysis.
• Synthesize datasets into intuitive dashboards, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities for HRBP and executives.
• Direct end-to-end operational reporting cycle, establishing unified HR KPIs, quality controls, and data definitions across affiliates.
• Partner with IT to advance automation across SAP, Workday, SharePoint and modern BI platforms.
• Upskill the analytics community and mentor junior team members.
