Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract focused on active sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management within our EU Talent Acquisition team. You will work under guidance to build end-to-end recruitment capabilities in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role emphasizes direct sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, candidate engagement, and data integrity in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience.
• Experience in tech/fintech or fast-paced startups is a plus.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin an advantage.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive direct sourcing to build candidate pipelines.
• Screen resumes and qualifications against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and provide weekly pipeline updates.
• Support compensation data collection and market mapping.
