This remote role supports a fast-paced, global talent operation and involves candidate sourcing, screening, engagement, interview coordination, and pipeline management across APAC and Europe. The role targets individuals with recruitment experience who thrive in a high-output environment and are eager to grow within crypto and fintech contexts.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is mandatory.
• Strong interest in the crypto and Web3 industry.
• Ability to commit consistent daily working hours in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong candidate sourcing and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing recruitment pipelines and trackers.
• Independent work in a remote environment while collaborating with a global team.
• Candidates without talent acquisition experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the talent acquisition team with candidate sourcing and resume screening.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
• Keep recruitment trackers and records accurate and up to date.
• Communicate recruitment progress and provide regular status updates to the team.
• Commit consistent daily hours to support a high-output recruitment operation.
• Contribute proactively to recruitment activities and maintain an efficient candidate pipeline.
