Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract in Vienna. You will build candidate pipelines, screen resumes, and drive outreach to top tech talent across LinkedIn Recruiter and Web3 communities.

You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, maintain data in Greenhouse, and collaborate with a global team to map market trends and compensation insights. Fluency in German and English is required, with a proactive, organized work style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience, in tech/fintech or fast-paced startups.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern candidate engagement techniques.
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and candidate pipeline generation across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3 communities, and job boards.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: interviews, communications, and panel feedback; ensure data integrity in Greenhouse.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and compensation data collection to support hiring decisions.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EU Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract .

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Generation

• Execute proactive direct sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3 communities, and job boards to build qualified candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial resume screening and qualifications matching against role requirements.
• Reach out to prospective candidates with personalized messaging to drive engagement and response rates.

Recruitment Operations & Candidate Coordination

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and gathering panel feedback.
• Maintain clean, real-time data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview stages, ensuring a responsive, professional, and positive candidate experience.

Market Research & Sourcing Intelligence

• Assist with talent mapping, competitor tracking, and compensation data collection to support hiring decisions.
• Prepare weekly pipeline updates, stage conversion metrics, and candidate status summaries for team reviews

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience (agency or in-house). Experience in tech, fintech, financial services, or fast-paced startup environments is a plus.

Sourcing Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and modern candidate engagement techniques.

Tools: Prior experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and modern collaboration tools .

Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for global stakeholder collaboration).

Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple interview schedules and candidate pipelines without dropping details.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, global environment across different time zones.

Languages: Fluent in both German and English

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
