Red Bull in Salzburg is seeking a motivated intern to join the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team for at least 6 months starting in November 2026. On-site position, you will learn how a global company hires at scale and gain exposure to hiring frameworks, technology, and process improvements across markets.

You will support rollout of hiring standards, engage with recruiting tools, assist with Early Careers programs, and collaborate with TA colleagues worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Previous exposure to HR, Talent Acquisition or People Operations through internships or projects is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excel skills are a strong asset.
• Knowledge or interest in using AI tools to improve work efficiency is a plus.
• Structured and organized, with the ability to manage several workstreams at once.
• Curious and proactive, and not afraid to ask questions across different areas of work.

• Support the rollout of global hiring standards, maintaining training content and hiring asset libraries.
• Assist with implementing recruiting technologies and data quality across the recruiting system.
• Support Early Careers programs and updates to the careers site.
• Collaborate with the Global TA Operations team and TA colleagues worldwide.
