Job summary

Red Bull GmbH in Elsbethen (Salzburg) offers a 6‑month internship in Process Management starting December/January 2027. You will join the Process Documentation team to gain hands‑on experience in the supply chain and data analytics projects.

You will work on process management, review and analysis, and explore AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and user adoption. English proficiency and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally focusing on Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
• Very good English skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• First experience using AI-powered tools and digital solutions, with a curiosity for applying them to process management, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Previous experience in process management is an advantage.
• Interest in processes and data.
• Team-oriented, proactive, accurate and flexible, with strong analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in operational process management within an international company.
• Support process analyses and improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Assist with process modelling, innovation and AI enablement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our process landscape and tools.
