Red Bull GmbH in Fuschl am See, Austria, seeks an Intern for Global Internal Events. You will support the organization and delivery of internal conferences, meetings, trainings, and employee experiences for Red Bull employees worldwide, contributing to both administrative and executional aspects of event planning.

The role requires strong English communication; German is a plus. You will collaborate with HQ stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations, with travel 0–10%.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). German is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Quick learner and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Event ORGANIZATION: support planning and delivery of internal conferences, trainings, and employee experiences for Red Bull employees worldwide; coordinate details from meals to travel arrangements.
• ADMINISTRATION AND COORDINATION: prepare checklists, track progress, coordinate invitations, manage visa processes, arrange hotels and travel, maintain documentation.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: collaborate with Red Bull HQ stakeholders to align on content, requirements, and learning objectives to deliver high-quality training experiences.
