You will collaborate with HR and IT to implement modern HR processes, become a trusted contact for the global HR community, and deliver training after rollouts. This role requires strong communication and the ability to manage multiple projects across borders.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience with HR processes and HR tech projects in an international environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, IT or equivalent work experience.
• Good understanding of talent-related HR processes.
• AI project exposure is a plus.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); German is beneficial.
• Energetic about collaborating with multiple teams on parallel topics and timelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across HR and other departments.

As Global HRIS Specialist, you’ll help shape and enhance talent solutions that enable us to find and keep the right people, and to give wings to our employees throughout their employee journey.

• You’ll work with HR and IT teams to develop HR processes and solutions while working with modern technologies in a global and diverse environment.
• You’ll become a trusted point of contact for our global HR community, helping colleagues get the most out of our talent systems and translating their needs into solutions.
• Following implementation, you’ll share your knowledge and deliver training sessions when needed.
• You’ll keep our solutions running smoothly by coordinating incidents, maintaining high-quality documentation and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Following our project methodology, you’ll contribute to enhancement projects across the talent landscape. This includes analysing business requirements, aligning with stakeholders, testing new solutions, facilitating HR training sessions and coordinating go-live activities.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2509.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
