Job summary

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, or PM, with excellent English and strong communication skills. German is a plus; a proactive, hands-on team player mindset is expected.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Media, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
• Interest in project management as well as marketing and production processes
• Familiarity with planning or project management tools is a plus
• Team player with a proactive mindset and hands-on attitude

Responsibilities

• You’ll support the team in planning and coordinating creative campaigns and production projects
• This includes assisting with project plans, tracking tasks and deliverables, and helping to coordinate stakeholders across different teams and markets
• As part of your internship, you’ll collaborate closely with international teams, local markets, and external production partners
• You’ll monitor project timelines, milestones, and workflows to help keep projects on track and assist with campaign adaptations and Brand Kiss workflows
