Job summary

waterdrop® in Vienna is seeking a hands-on Supply Planner to translate demand into actionable supply plans. You will own stock levels across warehouses, manage end-to-end POs, and collaborate with Demand Planning, Production, and Commercial teams to ensure timely product availability.

The role requires 3–5 years in supply or production planning, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, production planning, or S&OP.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with planning systems and data.
• Structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complexity.
• Hands-on mentality and high level of ownership.
• Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and suppliers.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the supply plan for your portfolio and optimize stock across warehouses.
• Manage purchase orders end-to-end and coordinate with suppliers.
• Oversee inbound shipments and inventory health balancing shelf-life.
• Plan product launches and phase-outs with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks with proactive follow-up actions.
• Track KPIs and continually improve planning processes.
