Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Global Service Process & AI Enablement Manager to drive end-to-end process optimization onsite at the Vienna location. You will analyze current processes, map future-state designs, and enable AI-based improvements across the global service organization.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure sustainable adoption and measurable impact. The role reports to the Director Service Transformation & Digitalization and requires up to 20%

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA (or similar) is required or preferred.
• Experience in process analysis and mapping and driving improvements.
• Project management experience; formal certification preferred but not essential.
• Experience in training/coaching and designing global processes.
• English and German language skills are desirable.

Aufgaben

• Analyze current processes through workshops, observations, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven assessments to identify performance gaps.
• Drive process optimization by benchmarking best practices and partnering with process owners to simplify and improve process effectiveness.
• Support the design, documentation, and AI enablement of future-state processes using end-to-end process maps and digital solutions.
• Develop and deliver process training programs and materials for successful adoption of new processes and tools.
• Lead process implementation and change management activities with planning, readiness assessments, standard work, daily management, and corrective actions.
