Zusammenfassung

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Global Service Process & AI Enablement Manager to drive process improvements and AI enablement across the global service organization. This role is onsite in Vienna and collaborates across levels to embed standard work and measurable performance gains.

Key tasks include documenting critical processes, leading change management, and training teams to ensure adoption of new tools and workflows while traveling up to 20% globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required or MBA, graduate engineer or similar preferred.
• Process analysis (including mapping) and improvement skills.
• Project management. A formal certification is preferred but not essential.
• Training and/or coaching experience and experience in designing, maintaining, applying global processes
• English and preferably German

Aufgaben

• Analyze current processes through workshops, gemba observations, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven assessments to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Drive process optimization by benchmarking best practices and partnering with process owners to simplify, standardize, and improve process effectiveness.
• Support the design, documentation, and AI enablement of future-state processes using end-to-end process maps, work instructions, and digital solutions.
• Develop and deliver process training programs and materials to ensure teams have the knowledge and capabilities to successfully adopt new processes and tools.
• Lead process implementation and change management activities, ensuring sustainable adoption through project planning, readiness assessments, standard work, daily management, and corrective actions.
