Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Global Service Process & AI Enablement Manager to improve and embed processes across the global service organization from Vienna. You will document critical processes, partner with stakeholders, and drive improvements while acting as a change agent.

You will report to the Director Service Transformation & Digitalization, collaborating with the Global Services Team onsite in Vienna, with up to 20% global travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA or similar; global process experience preferred.
• Excellent process analysis and mapping skills across functions.
• Project management experience; formal certification preferred but not essential.
• Strong training/coaching experience and global process design ability.
• Proficiency in English; German is a plus for the role.

Aufgaben

• Analyze current processes via workshops, observations, and data-driven reviews.
• Drive process optimization by benchmarking and standardizing practices.
• Support design, documentation, and AI enablement of future-state processes.
• Develop and deliver process training materials for effective adoption.
• Lead implementation and change management with clear action plans.
