Zusammenfassung

Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Global Service Process & AI Enablement Manager to drive process improvements and AI enablement across the global service organization. This role is onsite in Vienna and collaborates across levels to embed standard work and measurable performance gains.

Key tasks include documenting critical processes, leading change management, and training teams to ensure adoption of new tools and workflows while traveling up to 20% globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required or MBA, graduate engineer or similar preferred.
• Process analysis (including mapping) and improvement skills.
• Project management. A formal certification is preferred but not essential.
• Training and/or coaching experience and experience in designing, maintaining, applying global processes
• English and preferably German

• Develop and deliver process training programs and materials to ensure teams have the knowledge and capabilities to successfully adopt new processes and tools.
• Lead process implementation and change management activities, ensuring sustainable adoption through project planning, readiness assessments, standard work, daily management, and corrective actions.

Global Service Process & AI Enablement Manager - Global Service

The Global Service Process & AI Enablement Manager - Global Service is responsible for creating, improving and embedding processes across the global service organization that drive results and empower team members. Working across all levels of the business, you will play a key role in understanding and documenting critical business processes, with a specific focus on service performance-related processes. This will require collaborating with team members at the point of impact and across the organization to identify and implement opportunities to improve, while also operating as a change agent to ensure processes and standard work are being sustained and effective. This position reports to the Director Service Transformation & Digitalization and is part of the Global Services Team. This role is onsite on our site in Vienna.

Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Up to 20% global travel

Additional Experience (It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in)

• Experience in customer service environments
• Experience in working in a matrix organisation including building relationships remotely and cross culturally
• Excellent Microsoft Office application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot)

Salary

For this position, in accordance with the collective agreement for salaried employees in the metalworking industry, a minimum gross annual salary of € 75 000 (based on full-time employment) is stipulated. The actual remuneration depends on qualifications and professional experience and may significantly exceed the minimum salary.
