Job summary

Accenture DACH in Vienna is seeking a Senior Transformation Lead to shape how process transformation work is delivered across industries. You will define methodologies, govern quality, and coach senior specialists while aligning AI-enabled design with client needs.

You will embed AI into future state design, run discovery workshops, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistent application of AX Design across engagements. Fluent German is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Deep industry expertise in at least one domain and ability to apply it to transformation methodology design.
• Experience managing and developing team members in a consulting environment.
• Proven track of building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work and explaining AI benefits.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills.
• Completed university degree in business, technology, data science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Applicants must be fluent in German, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI into future state design for clients and ways of working using AI tools and agents.
• Define the process redesign standard and govern its application across engagements.
• Determine client facilitation approaches: discovery workshops, presentations, and governance.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology for the team.
• Apply domain expertise and playbook methodology consistently across engagements.
• Manage client stakeholder facilitation activities and relationships.
• Approve final process designs before delivery to clients.
• Develop direct reports and coach on process redesign, domain application, and leadership presentation.
• Connect with technology and delivery partners to align process design and platform work.
• Embed AX Design in the team methodology for AI agent experiences across engagements.
