Deel is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Consultant) to partner with go-to-market and internal teams to drive customer success. You will support prospective clients as they evaluate Deel’s platform, translating complex client needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant solutions.

You’ll work with Account Executives to demonstrate value, credibility, and technical fit across the sales cycle, from discovery through implementation hand-off, while advocating for customer outcomes and technical

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant (or equivalent customer-facing technical role).
• Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles (mid-market and/or enterprise).
• Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and integration approaches (APIs, SSO/SAML, HRIS/ERP).
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with diverse stakeholders (IT, Security, Ops, Finance, HR).

• Showcase Deel’s platform value to deliver technical wins.
• Consult with prospects to map current processes and propose optimized solutions.
• Own discovery, RFP responses, platform demos, and integration workshops.
• Translate requirements into designs and implementation recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to address prospect needs and accelerate deals.
• Develop technical enablement assets and competitive positioning.
• Support webinars, events, and joint workshops as needed.
• Stay updated on security, compliance, and integration best practices.
