Zusammenfassung

Deel is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Global Payroll to partner with our go-to-market and internal teams. You will support prospective clients by translating complex payroll needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant solutions across the Deel platform.

You’ll work directly with Global Payroll Account Executives to demonstrate value, lead technical discovery, and help drive deals from discovery through to implementation hand-off, staying current on payroll trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant.
• Experience in Global Payroll or HCM organisations.
• Experience with best-in-class payroll integrations, especially Workday and SuccessFactors.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with GTM teams to showcase Deel’s Global Payroll platform value.
• Assess prospective clients' payroll practices and identify improvements.
• Own solution discovery, RFP responses, platform demos and integration workshops.
