Deel is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise-wide implementations of our payroll and HR platform. You will collaborate with clients to understand business needs, design tailored solutions, and guide cross-functional teams to successful delivery.

You will manage configurations, data migrations, and integrations while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering effective training.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in implementation consulting or project management.
• Proven ability to deliver complex enterprise implementations.
• Strong technical background with configurations and data migrations.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Deel’s solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with clients to design solutions aligned to goals.
• Provide guidance and support during implementation for timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct configurations, data migrations, and integrations.
• Manage client relationships through the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop training materials and sessions for clients.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Track progress and report updates to clients and leadership.
• Improve implementation methodologies for efficiency and satisfaction.
