Jobgether SRL is seeking a Global Payroll Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end payroll setups for international customers from requirements through go-live and handover to operations. You will work with customers, internal teams, and vendors to translate complex payroll rules into reliable configurations and scalable workflows.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and strong cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, largely asynchronous environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of global payroll implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of statutory tax regulations and payroll processing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with the technical setup and implementation of global payroll solutions, ideally involving local payroll software.
• End-to-end global payroll and HR process knowledge, including payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Excellent data management skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects and stakeholders with clear priorities and deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with data analysis, spreadsheets, and payroll technology.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working in a MacBook Pro environment and adapting to new digital tools.
• Strong customer-service orientation and effective cross-functional communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English for international collaboration.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed, asynchronous environment.
• Continuous-improvement mindset with automation interest.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers during payroll implementation, ensuring requirements are understood and transitioned into payroll products and services.
• Analyze customer payroll requirements and recommend implementation approaches based on processes, local requirements, and operational needs.
• Own end-to-end implementation of new customers, coordinating setup through go-live and handover to payroll operations.
• Collect, validate, and organize all required customer and employee payroll information for each legal entity involved.
• Configure global payroll systems based on customer requirements and local payroll rules.
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs, review results, and perform reconciliations of wage-based taxes and payroll figures.
• Verify payroll and tax configurations against statutory requirements and resolve discrepancies before go-live.
• Coordinate go-live activities and handover to payroll operations.
• Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, managers, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong customer relationships with timely responses, accurate information, and proactive follow-up.
• Provide customers and employees with guidance and training on payroll processes and country-specific requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, payroll, and sensitive information.
• Contribute to payroll implementation documentation and processes, and participate in UAT.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.
