Recruit4.work is seeking a skilled SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant for a fully remote position. This role involves leading SAP implementation projects, primarily in the DACH region, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP HCM and a strong understanding of Austrian payroll legislation, along with fluency in German. This position offers a competitive rewards package along with a flexible and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of participating in at least 3+ Austrian SAP Payroll project rollouts.
• Professional fluency in German and solid verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through all phases of the SAP Payroll implementation lifecycle.
• Build clean, error-free SAP HCM configurations.
• Design and execute rigorous system and regression tests.
• Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
• Manage personal deadlines and prioritize deliverables.
