VusionGroup in Graz, Austria, seeks an IT Support Specialist to join our global team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate fixes with 3rd level support while assisting with installation and configuration of our IoT Cloud solutions.

Fluency in German (C1) and strong English, plus excellent communication and teamwork, are essential. This hybrid role offers flexible hours, travel opportunities, and a dynamic, global work environment.

Qualifikationen

• HTL diploma or FH/university degree in a related field.
• Experience with remote support tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of LAN, WLAN, and cloud environments, Linux and Windows.
• Professional experience is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Independent handling of support tickets and coordination of fixes with 3rd level support.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, Email, and ticketing tool.
• Support with installation and configuration of the VusionGroup solution.
• Troubleshoot system, network, and software issues.
• Targeted follow-up and analysis of inquiries.
• Process documentation and preparation of relevant reports.
