Zusammenfassung

VusionGroup in Graz, Austria, seeks an IT Support Specialist to join our global team. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate fixes with 3rd level support while assisting with installation and configuration of our IoT Cloud solutions.

Fluency in German (C1) and strong English, plus excellent communication and teamwork, are essential. This hybrid role offers flexible hours, travel opportunities, and a dynamic, global work environment.

Qualifikationen

• HTL diploma or FH/university degree in a related field.
• Experience with remote support tools is an advantage.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Education:

• HTL diploma, ongoing or completed university of applied sciences (FH) or university degree

Experience:

• Experience using remote support tools is an advantage
• Desired knowledge of IT environments (LAN, WLAN, and cloud environments, Linux & Windows)
• Professional experience is an advantage

Skills/Abilities:

• Strong implementation skills, assertiveness, and initiative

For the advertised position, the minimum collective agreement base salary is € 3,267.00 gross per month, with a willingness to overpay depending on actual qualifications (for full-time employment).
