You will handle first-level IT tickets across Austria, Poland, Turkey and Romania, install and maintain client hardware, manage user accounts and administer business applications. We value structured, independent work, good German and English language skills, and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of Windows client operating systems, Windows domains, Active Directory, and iOS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft SharePoint, VMware, and Windows Server is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• First-level support and processing of open IT tickets across international locations (Austria, Poland, Turkey, and Romania).
• Installation, maintenance, and support of client hardware.
• User account and access rights management.
• Administration of business applications.
• Management of printers and mobile devices.
• Creation and maintenance of IT documentation.
• Assumption of additional and advanced IT responsibilities.
