Job summary

Umdasch Group, a 150-year-old family business, seeks a Global Lead HR Systems & Analytics to shape the global HR landscape and drive digitalization and data-driven HR. Based in Amstetten, Austria, you will lead projects with HR, IT and business stakeholders, delivering scalable SAP HCM/SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, managing an international team and ensuring high-quality HR data, reporting, and analytics across divisions.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in HR systems, digitalization, or analytics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong process affinity and passion for digitalization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Experience in global HR system implementations, rollouts, governance and/or digital HR transformation.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system and process solutions.
• Experience working strategically and operationally, defining roadmaps and driving implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global HR Systems & Analytics strategy, roadmap and governance in alignment with business and HR priorities.
• Own and further develop the global HR systems landscape (SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring scalable, integrated solutions.
• Drive the digitalization, automation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Work strategically and hands-on on system enhancements, implementations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Lead global HR systems projects and rollouts, including prioritization and change management.
• Govern global HR data, reporting and analytics with high data quality and KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and Business stakeholders and act as HR systems expert.
• Lead and develop the HR Systems & Analytics expert team.
