AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG seeks a skilled HR analytics leader to shape and drive the global Workforce Intelligence program. You will define roadmaps, build governance, and deliver actionable insights across HR and Finance for executive leaders.

You will lead cost planning, scenario modeling and KPI standardization, collaborating with IT to automate SAP/Workday reporting and mentor the analytics community globally.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in global HR analytics, HR controlling, workforce planning or reporting.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool usage for dashboards and insights.
• Experience with HR data models and reporting solutions and cross-functional work.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap.
• Develop global methodologies, scenarios and planning cycles.
• Lead global workforce budgeting, forecasting and 5-year planning.
• Synthesize datasets into dashboards for executive decision-making.
• Own global reporting and standards with unified HR KPIs.
• Partner with IT to advance automation across SAP, Workday and BI platforms.
• Upskill analytics community and mentor junior colleagues.
