Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong project experience in plant engineering and complex capital projects.
• Six Sigma Green-/Blackbelt beneficial.
• Several years in supply chain management, international environment ideal.
• Expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strategic thinking aligned with business objectives.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent English; German or additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP and common SCM tools.
• Willingness to travel (40%).

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.
• Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across all project phases.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.
• Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Implement ESG requirements and ensure supply chain compliance.
• Oversee contract negotiations and claim management with Legal and project teams.
• Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes.
• Harmonize supply chain processes across divisions and projects for consistency.
• Benchmark performance against global standards and identify improvement opportunities.
