Andritz AG in Vienna or Weiz is seeking a Division and Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) to lead supply chain strategies for large capital projects. You will ensure material availability, manage supplier risk, and collaborate with project teams across borders in a global hydropower context.

The role requires a university degree, strong project experience in plant engineering, and excellent English. Flexible hours with up to 40% remote work are offered within an international framework.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive project experience in plant engineering and complex capital projects.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt beneficial.
• Several years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in an international industrial environment.
• Expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align supply chain with business objectives.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in SAP and common SCM tools.
• Willingness to travel (40%).

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.
• Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across all project phases.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.
• Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement.
• Implement ESG requirements and ensure compliance within the supply chain.
• Oversee contract negotiations and claim management with Legal and project teams.
• Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Promote harmonisation of supply chain processes across divisions and projects.
• Implement international best practices in sourcing and supplier risk management.
• Benchmark supply chain performance against global standards to identify improvements.
