TNT Personal is seeking a Senior Expert Procurement Processes & Systems to lead the global design, standardization, and digitalization of procurement operations from Vienna. You will own end-to-end processes, drive governance, and partner with IT to roll out SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and related tools across international sites.

The role requires a university degree and several years of hands-on procurement process transformation experience, with English fluency and German a plus.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Expert Procurement Processes & Systems to lead the global design, standardization, and digitalization of procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize global end-to-end procurement processes (e.g., Purchase-to-Pay, sourcing support) and establish governance frameworks compliant with industry regulations (e.g., GxP).
• Act as functional owner for procurement systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Business Network). Drive the global procurement digitalization roadmap, including SAP Ariba rollouts, webshop/catalog solutions, and process automation.
• Structure and prioritize business requirements from global stakeholders, translating them into clear functional specifications for IT teams.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between global Procurement teams, Category Management, Finance, and IT.
• Lead cross-functional procurement tech initiatives, managing testing, deployment, and hypercare phases across international sites.
• Define procurement KPIs, ensure global data transparency, and drive initiatives to eliminate manual tasks.
• Develop global training concepts and empower Key Users across all production sites.

Your Qualification Profile:

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Several years of hands‑on experience in procurement process management and digital transformation projects (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba).
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated sector (including GxP compliance).
• Strong analytical and process‑oriented mindset combined with a hands‑on approach and excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Business fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
