We are looking for a Division and Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) for our Location in Vienna or Weiz.
YOUR TASKS
- Develop and implement with your business partners and your team members effective and efficient supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.
- Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across all project phases.
- Manage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate closely and pro-active with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.
- Drive strategic sourcing, bundling initiatives, and continuous improvement.
- Implement ESG requirements and ensure compliance within the supply chain.
- Oversee contract negotiations and claim management in coordination with Legal and project teams.
- Drive digitalization and automation across supply chain processes to improve transparency, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Promote harmonization of supply chain processes across divisions and projects to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Implement international best practices in strategic sourcing, supplier risk management, and KPI-driven performance monitoring.
- Benchmark supply chain performance against global standards to identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational excellence.
- Support the development of resilient and agile supply networks capable of responding to global disruptions and market dynamics.
- Act as interface between the procurement department and the division.
Profilbeschreibung
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent
- Strong project experience in plant engineering (Anlagenbau) and complex capital projects
- Six Sigma Green-/Blackbelt beneficial
- Several years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in an international industrial environment
- Expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management
- Strategic thinking and ability to align supply chain with business objectives
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in SAP and common SCM tools
- Willingness to travel (40%)
Wir bieten
OUR OFFER
We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 4.472,11 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
