Global Hydro Energy GmbH in Austria seeks an experienced Project Manager for international plant engineering projects. You will lead a multicultural team, manage schedules across engineering, procurement, delivery, installation and commissioning, and ensure quality, cost and schedule targets.

The role requires a technical degree in mechanical/plant engineering, 10+ years of project leadership in industrial settings, strong MS Project skills, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Plant Engineering, Energy Technology, or a comparable field.
• At least 10 years of experience managing complex industrial plant projects, ideally international.
• Solid understanding of commercial/financial aspects of project business with contractual awareness.

Aufgaben

• Manage international plant engineering projects and lead multicultural teams.
• Plan and monitor project schedules across all phases from engineering to commissioning.
• Ensure quality, cost, and schedule targets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as central interface between customers, suppliers and internal departments.
