Novritsch Trading GmbH in Vienna is seeking a Purchasing Manager to own the full procurement cycle for our product range. You will source components from Asian suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and plan demand to prevent stockouts while handling international logistics including customs in Austria and the USA.

You will work closely with our Chinese manufacturing partners and with Product Development and Operations in Vienna, directly impacting margins, product availability and customer

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Confident negotiation and data-driven decision making with focus on cost structures and margins.
• English at C1 or higher; German/Chinese a plus, not required.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full procurement cycle for product categories.
• Source components and finished goods from Asian suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times with vendors.
• Plan demand and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid stockouts.
• Coordinate international shipments and customs processes (AT & USA).
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations and Finance.
• Build long-term supplier relationships.
