Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative in Malta. You will assist customers in German and English via phone, email, and chat, delivering accurate product information and timely issue resolution.

Onsite training starts you off before transitioning to a hybrid work setup, with relocation support to ease your move. The role emphasizes customer care, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple channels, ensuring a smooth, helpful service experience

Competenze

• Native/C2 German and English (B2+) required.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to attend onsite training in Malta and work rotational shifts.
• Criminal record clearance or two references from previous employers upon arrival in Malta.
