CBTALENTS is seeking a German-speaking Airline Support Agent for an on-site Malta position. You will assist customers via phone, social media, chat, and email, delivering helpful and timely resolutions to inquiries.

The role requires native German (C2) and strong English (B2), along with excellent communication and a proactive, independent work style. This is a full-time role with training, growth opportunities, relocation support, and on-site perks.

Qualifikationen

• Native level German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Computer literacy (ECDL certification is a plus).
• Prior experience in customer service is required.

• Assist customers with queries related to airline services via multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email, social media).
