Qualifications

• Native/C2 German language
• English (B2+ ) proficiency
• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
• Ability to work rotational shifts between 07:00 Midnight
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
• Willingness to attend onsite training in Malta
• Criminal record clearance OR two references from previous employers upon arrival in Malta (mandatory to start)

• Provide customer support in German and English through phone, email and chat
• Resolve customer issues following company guidelines and policies
• Provide accurate and clear information about products and services
• Record interactions and update customer profiles
