Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Portugal seeks a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to join the Remote in Portugal team. You will respond to customer requests via email, chat, forms and calls, handle general queries and refunds, and maintain CRM records.

Salary up to 1,300 EUR gross per month (+ bonuses), relocation support for candidates moving from abroad, and an accommodation option with a studio in a shared building for up to 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
