Reebelo is a global marketplace for refurbished tech and certified pre-owned lifestyle products. We are hiring a German and English speaking Customer Support Associate to join our remote EU team, supporting customers in Germany with timely, accurate and high‑quality help that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer experience.

You will work across channels, collaborate with Logistics, Product and Sales, and help surface trends to resolve issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and high-quality customer support across channels (Email, etc.)
• Collaborate with Logistics, Product and Sales to resolve issues quickly
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction metrics and feedback loops
• Test/validate new customer service features in the support platform
• Surface trends in customer feedback to address recurring issues
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive customer support culture
