CB Talents is seeking a Business Development professional to join the outbound sales team in Linz, Austria. You will initiate conversations with C-level decision-makers, understand their cloud-related challenges, and match them with the right cloud solutions.

The role requires German at C2 and English at C1, 3+ years in B2B IT sales, and a technical degree. You will work in a hybrid setup, with relocation support and ongoing cloud certification opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development in IT.
• German at C2 and English at C1, with cloud computing understanding.
• BA/BS degree, technical preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Run outbound calls and emails to C-level decision-makers.
• Understand pain points, gather requirements, and sell cloud solutions.
• Manage a portfolio focusing on new business and upsell.
• Maintain leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Hit quarterly KPIs and activity targets.
