Job summary

CB Talents in Vienna, Austria, is looking for a German-speaking Business Development professional to drive outbound sales for European cloud solutions. You will contact C-level decision-makers, qualify needs, and map them to our cloud services.

In this role you will manage accounts, focus on new business and upsell, and maintain CRM data in Salesforce. A base salary plus a performance bonus is offered, with relocation support and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Requires German (C2) and English (C1).
• 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or business development in IT.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts.
• BA/BS degree (technical preferred).
• Comfort working against a quota in a phone-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound calls and emails (mostly cold outreach) to C-level decision-makers.
• Understand pain points, gather technical requirements, and sell solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on new business and upsell.
• Maintain leads, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Hit quarterly KPIs and daily/weekly activity targets.
