COREcruitment is seeking a hands-on, energetic General Manager to lead an alpine hotel and resort in Austria. You will oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Spa and Maintenance, inspire a large team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a passion for Food & Beverage, fluent German and English, and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Lead and manage a large multi-department hotel team across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Spa and Maintenance.
• Be visible and approachable, supporting the team during busy periods.
• Drive a strong service culture focused on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and cross-department collaboration.
• Take ownership of F&B concepts, collaborating with culinary and service teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and P&L to grow revenue and control costs.
