You’ll work with a tight-knit crew in a dynamic, hybrid hospitality concept across Europe, bringing energy, creativity and a love for fresh, seasonal cooking.

English and German are helpful, other languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef aiming for next step.
• Ability to run a section during prep and service with confidence.
• Love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality quickly.

Aufgaben

• Run your own kitchen section during prep and service.
• Cook and plate dishes to match standards in taste and presentation.
• Prep mise-en-place daily and keep station organized.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters.
• Communicate with the team to keep service smooth.
• Manage stock in your section and reduce waste.
• Follow food safety routines and hygiene checks.
• Contribute to events, menus and seasonal updates.
